Re: “Public Transit Tuesdays: Marigny-Bywater

I’ve read many of Megan’s articles and I thoroughly enjoy her point of view. Her vision is eccentric and down to Earth. I can’t see how anybody could criticize her about using public transportation when she’s almost always encouraging locals and tourists alike to use it. Furthermore, she gives the true New Orleans a chance to shine. What do I mean by that?? She shades a light on the local eateries that may not have a commercial but for daggone sure have a hearty representation in the city. Ever check out the pictures and videos she posts?? They’re usually of murals, street art, and people that WE (New Orleans natives) very well aware of but other are not. To Megan I say, “Go ‘head baby and keep doing whacha do!!!” To all the people telling her otherwise, I say, “I hope every Mardi Gras you can never find a decent spot, you get hit by a coconut, and may your Hand Grenades leave you in a pile of puke on Bourbon Street. Losers.”
