Auction House Market adds vendors for 2018 opening 

Elysian Seafood and SOLA Deli will be in Warehouse District food hub

Auction House Market (801 Magazine St.; www.auctionhousemarket.com) announced two more vendors for its lineup of food stalls slated to open in early 2018.

  Elysian Seafood (504-323-9123; www.elysianseafood.com) and SOLA Deli (www.soladeli.com) will have counters at the 8,500 square-foot food hub from the organizers behind St. Roch Market (2381 St. Claude Ave., 504-609-3813; www.strochmarket.com). Last month, organizers announced that coffee bar Coast Roast Coffee (www.thecoastroast.com) and HAPPYJAXX (www.happyjaxx.com), a health-conscious salad and toast concept, had signed on to the project.

  Elysian Seafood owners Brandon and Jennifer Blackwell opened a seafood counter at St. Roch Market. At the new location, the duo will expand on the oyster bar concept and serve a selection of Gulf oysters, available raw or char-broiled, as well as marinated crab claws, crab cakes, shrimp cocktail and more.

  Shreveport native Camdon Richardson's SOLA Deli will be an "internationally inspired and Louisiana-themed deli-concept," according to a statement from the market. His menu has sandwiches made with cured and cooked meats dressed with house-made aioli, pickles and jellies. The menu at the Auction House location may include a po-boy with Cajun-style roasted turkey, green onion cream cheese and apple slaw on French bread. A pork tenderloin sandwich will have manchego cheese, chimichurri and pickled red onions on ciabatta. SOLA Deli also will serve salads, prepared meals to-go and bottled spices and olive oils.
