Bajeux's Back at the Rib Room 

French-born chef Rene Bajeux was named the chef at the Rib Room (621 St. Louis St., 529-7046; www.ribroomneworleans.com) in the Omni Royal Orleans Hotel. A certified French Master Chef, Bajeux made a name for himself locally at the Windsor Court Hotel's Grill Room before opening his own, now defunct, Rene Bistrot in 2001. Most recently, he was chef at San Antonio's Brasserie Pavil.
