Re: “Bobby Jindal: On the Road Again

When will they introduce legislation which will protect the citizens from Rogue Lawmaking by Governors and Legislators?
Unconstitutional Laws Harming Families in America

The united states constitution and the constitution of every state in the union strictly forbids anyone from creating a new law which again punishes, or adds more punishment on a person for for a crime which they have already served out their time.

That is called Ex Post Facto law, or Retroactive application of law.

The United States Constitution says:

Article I, Section 9,

No bill of attainder or ex post facto law shall be passed.

In the Oxford Companion to the Supreme Court, Harvard's Professor Laurence H. Tribe has defined a bill of attainder as a legislative act "that inflicts punishment without a trial."

The late Edgar Bodenheimer, professor emeritus at the University of California, identified an ex post facto law as a statute "that prescribes a greater punishment for a crime already committed."

In 2003, the United States Supreme Court made a decision on the Retroactive Application of the Sex Offender Registration Laws.

Even though, as you read above in the United States Constitution, creating Ex Post Facto law is totally forbidden, our good Supreme Court Justices have the latitude to circumvent the Constitution via fancy wording. It ruled that basically, just going in and filling out a registration form 1 time a year is not punishment. So they allowed the Total Disregard of the United States Constitution to stand.

Every case brought before the courts after that has been denied, based on that one, out of date decision. Many new laws have been added to the requirements for registration. It works like this.

They label you a Sex Offender, retroactively, unconstitutionally and force you under threat of prison to register.
They, They go on to pas law after law for all those who are Labeled Sex offender and must register. Full Article on

Re: “Sinator Vitter

If you want to talk about policy?
How many hear believe in the Constitution?
How many here believe in the Oath of Office?

Ok, Read on...

Every Elected Official takes an Oath of Office.
This is the Oath of Office both David Vitter and Piyush Jindal Took:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the constitution and laws of the United States and the constitution and laws of this state and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent on me according to the best of my ability and understanding, so help me God.

Piyush Jindal took that oath when he became Governor of Louisiana.
David Vitter took that oath when he became U.S. Senator.
When will he change these laws to help the children of Louisiana?

The Louisiana Constitution says plainly:
Article 1, Section 23. Prohibited Laws
No bill of attainder, ex post facto law, or law impairing the obligation of contracts shall be enacted.

Right now in the state of Louisiana, these two, Vitter and Jindal, are enforcing Ex Post Facto Sex Offender laws which are harming thousands of Ex Sex Offenders... men who might have committed 1 crime 20, 30 years ago, way before any of the Sex Offender Registration laws were even thought of. But they are applying these new laws to men who have served all their time. These men are no threat to society as if they were, they would have been arrested again for a new crime!

The children of Ex Offenders who are now unconstituionally made Sex Offenders and put on the Registry suffer the most.
They lose all their friends, they cannot go to sports, they cannot go to parks... their lives are made living hell. Prison without walls.
Everyone wants to be protected form those who would harm children, men or women. Laws should protect all citizens equally. The rich, the poor, the girl at the drive through window at McDonalds and the Children of the President... why should any one group of people enjoy more protection. Equal protection under the law.

Thes slimy politicians dangle some FEAR in front of the Sheeple of America to manipulate them into going along with their Hitler style lawmaking.. and everyone falls for it... these laws are unconstitutional and harming thousands of innocent children.

Our government and our Governor have been standing by and allowing the good citizens of the United States of America to be harmed beyond repair by allowing to stand a nationally enacted a law which clearly is in direct violation of the Constitution of the United States as well as the constitutions of each and every state individually.

How can Americans, Legislators, Judges, State Representatives sit idly by and allow Good Americans to again be punished for a crime that they might have committed 30 years ago, and have already served their time for?

If these lawmakers can pass laws which are clearly unconstitutional, and punish persons twice for 1 crime, who will be next?

What part of the constitution will they throw out next?

And what about the oath of office, that oath that they take that states they will SUPPORT THE CONSTITUTION???

Re: “Sinator Vitter

I do not fault David Vitter for sinning.
I do not fault David Vitter for going before all mankind and admitting his sin and asking God, his Wife and the citizens to forgive him.
What I do fault him for is going about the nation, upholding Unconstitutional Sex Offender laws which harm everyone in the nation with the exception if HIM and HIS Family.

Hypocrite! Hypocrite! Hypocrite...
and, Why is Piyush Jindal Ashamed of his heritage. Is he ashamed that he is an Indian?

What's up with that.
Come look at the photo of David Vitter, Standing next to Piyush Jindal as he speaks about punishing those Monsters, those Nasty Sex Offenders....

They always say, it is not who you know, but who you _low!

Question... Remember Mark Foley... that guy who was sexing up all those little boys in the Congressional Page program.. the one who went all over the nation wanting to Punish Sex Offenders...
Contrast his politicking with that of Piyush Jindal's... Everywhere you go, all you hear about from Jindal is SEX, SEX, SEX OFFENDER...

What's up with that... 120 thousand, 120,000 PEOPLE OUT OF WORK IN LOUISIANA. Business closing in droves... people losing their homes... and all Jindal can think about is Sex, Sex, Sex... maybe it is rubbing off of Vitter..... Come see videos and photos, Jindal and Vitter...
