Esporao winemaker David Baverstock will attend a five-course dinner featuring the Portuguese vintner's wines and dishes by chef de cuisine David Slater. Courses include tuna crude, Two Run Farm goat changing with Portuguese rice, beef ribs with chimichurri, and a Portuguese-style custard tart. Hors d'oeuvres are served at a reception beginning at 6:30pm.
