The Burmese food pop-up serves lunch at The Rook Cafe. The menu includes tea leaf salad, shrimp curry with sauteed okra and ginger, chickpea tofu and more.

Chef Toya Boudy recently competed on Food Network Star and offers cooking instructions on her YouTube channel Cooking with Chef Toya. She performs a cooking demonstration at SoFAB. Samples provided. Free with museum admission.
