Sauteed drum is served with Muddy Waters sauce — Anthony Uglesich's blend of garlic, anchovies and jalapenos — and topped with Parmesan. Grilled drum piquant with "hot and hot shrimp" is served with cornbread and two shrimp reductions: one with jalapenos and the other with habanero peppers. Reservations recommended. Dinner Wed.-Sun.
