Arepa chori is a flatbread sandwich filled with grilled chorizo, avocado puree, aji valluno peppers and mozzarella cheese. Bandeja paisa is traditional Colombian dish with grilled skirt steak, chorizo, chicharron, cranberry beans, a fried egg, avocado, green plantains, rice and a small arepa. Reservations accepted.
