Gentle Yoga and Gong Bath. Wild Lotus Yoga Downtown, New Orleans Healing Center, 2372 St. Claude Ave., Suite 200, (504) 899-0047; www.wildlotusyoga.com — A gentle yoga class is accompanied by live music and a calming gong bath in conjunction with the New Orleans Sacred Music Festival.
