Hors d'oeuvres and a four-course meal are paired with Glenmorangie's aged single-malt Scotches. Dishes include cornbread shuffle with country ham and smoked Gouda sauce, maple-roasted duck breast with Brussels sprouts, bacon lardons and roasted chestnuts, wild boar stew with whole grain mustard dumplings and apple tartlet.
