Tujague's Executive Chef Guy Sockrider gives a demonstration at the five-course dinner celebrating the restaurant's 160th anniversary. A cocktail hour in the "Tujague's: 160 Years of Tradition" exhibit precedes dinner. Poppy Tooker and Mark Latter host. Tickets $90, includes tax and tip.
