I usually grade Spanish restaurants on their Paella (signature dish of Spain). Unfortunately, the restaurant's Paella was horrible. I could not taste the saffron at all. Too much water/stock was added so the Paella was watery. The shrimp were overcooked. Not to mention, it was too expensive for such a portion. My fiance ordered the ceviche of the day and it was not seasoned at all. We thought the service was okay but we paid over 100 dollars for food and we left hungry because the food was so bad.
