Jason Klutts takes over at Kingfish 

French Quarter bistro has a new chef

Jason Klutts has been named executive chef at French Quarter bistro Kingfish (337 Chartres St., 504-598-5005;, according to a news release from the restaurant group Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts. Nathan Richard — who took over the Kingfish kitchen after Greg Sonnier departed in 2015 — left Kingfish to become the executive chef at Cavan last month.
