Re: “Koz's

One of the last true New Orleans Po-Boy shops, Koz's is a throw back to the days when the best po-boys were hot, fast and cheap enough that almost anyone can afford them. Having recently paid rediculous prices at Liuzza's and Mother's and other resturants-turned-tourist-traps for what they think is a real roast beef po-boy, Koz and his crew still turn out what sandwiches like the one's I used to get from Clarence and Lefty's.

Re: “What happens at the Tennessee Williams/New Orleans Literary Festival?

One of my favorite bottles in my collection is from Zetz in the 1950's. I guess they were trying to get in on the space race and called their pop drinks "Zetz Rocket Beverages" with a rocket on the lable.

BTW, in the 70's until the closed, they also bottled RC Cola.
