Bred into the Holy Order of MANS commune and raised under globetrotting spirit guides and shamans, Yale and hallucinogens, Larkin Grimm — former Dirty Projector and current proto-folk chanteuse — conjures traditional Appalachia with spell-casting, crystal-healing psychedelics. Her latest LP Parplar appears on Young God Records, home to like-minded head-trippers Devendra Banhart and Akron/Family. Tickets $5.
