Nonprofit events are not-for-profit. Period. If someone wants to fill their pockets with the money made at the festival and act like the festival is supposed to benefit someone other than themselves, i.e. the community, then they should not be allowed to hold a festival, such as the Bayou Boogaloo, under the mask of "nonprofit".

The Bayou Boogaloo is supposed to benefit projects within the community, and if that does not happen, then not only is the community cheated, but the people who spend their hard-earned money on overly priced fundraising goods are also deceived.

Perhaps a boycott is in order... I can buy beer from Rouses and feel good about supporting the people who work there, but I will not buy beer for $3/cup if the difference in profit is just going fill Zeller's pocket.
