Lucinda Williams

Feb. 23

10 p.m. Monday

House of Blues, 225 Decatur St., 310-4999; www.hob.com

After putting out a total of four LPs in the '80s and '90s, perfectionist and Lake Charles native Lucinda Williams matched that number in the 2000s with the October release of Little Honey (Lost Highway). It's her cleanest and most straightforward country-rock record to date, underscored by tunneling guitar grooves, pop song structures and twangy turns of phrase. Buick 6 opens. Tickets $32.50.
