Prospect.1 is done, but cultural events are still cropping up in the Lower Ninth Ward, including this pair of films about African dance. Movement (R)evolution Africa (2007) looks at contemporary dance in nine countries stretching across Sub-Saharan Africa. Nora is a 35-minute documentary about Zimbabwean dancer Nora Chipaumire (pictured). A performance from the Tekrema Dance Center precedes the screenings. Tickets $8.
