ok so this article is way dated --- somwhere in the realm of 2007---- i get that. I was perusing the shelves of the weekly gambit online's best of search results when I stumbled upon this article (how is beyond me) while looking for some recent critiques on Mandina's resturaunt (I love and cherish that place and am looking forward to turtle soup when i come home).

However original the intent, this article was stiff and boring. No originality. You're telling me that a guy who hails from Jackson,MS of all places considers himself well-versed on coffee so much that he's a self-proclaimed "coffee snob" in a city KNOWN for their unique (and brilliant coffee). PUHLEEZE!

If this tard were a true-to-tune "snob" he would know that the sharp sour taste in the private reserve is due to the nutrient rich soils that the coffee beans are grown in. And that making the so-called perfect cup is all abou the coffee/water ratio.

Some "snob" you are hillbilly!!!!! Why don't you spend some time at Rue or CC's or PJ's with some patrons who know a thing, or two, or twelve.

Sorry to be so brash hillbillyboy but I'm sick and tired of reading all this dribble about old topics that newcomers think are bright and shiny and their own. Write something INTERESTING for your READER --- not yourself!!!!!!
