Re: “Cantrell used city credit card for personal purchases, partially reimbursing the city around the time mayoral campaign began

The FIRST RED FLAG was before LaToya was first elected with her husband bringing a marijuana joint into City Court. As if she didn't know her husband, a LAWYER, was a pot head and then turns 180 degrees around says she, as an elected official, can fight crime when her own husband is a pot head.

Then, later, she can't even pay taxes on her house while she gets a pretty good salary as a city council member and her husband is a lawyer. There really is no reason, except spending money on drugs, for those taxes not to be paid and her house put on a lien by the IRS. I hear and read she gets really "aggressive" in meetings, but many POT HEADS become aggressive when they aren't smoking pot....For example, the Homeless who don't get drugs or pot and then get mad at drivers and pedestrians about not getting money via Panhandling for drugs, beer and pot....of which is called, Agrressive Panhandling.

We should not be surprised there are MONEY problems with LaToya that we don't know about.

Re: “Is New Orleans worth it?

GOOD JOB IN HOUSTON: $20K MORE THAN NOLA
RENT IN NOLA: $1400/month
RENT in HOUSTON: $1000/month
DIFFERENCE: $400/month, times 12 = $4,800/yr

So In NOLA, you can get $20k less than Houston, which is makes very difficult to cover the $4,800/month rent extra in NOLA. So the problem is not really the cost of living, it's the LOW PAYING JOBS in NOLA, this not to mention getting any good job to begin with as there are ZERO GOOD COMPANIES IN NOLA WHO PAY GOOD SALARIES.

Re: “What Bobby Jindal has stolen

GOOD LOUISIANA EDUCATION = HOUSTON?
Wouldn't a Great Louisiana University System mean Houston? For the last 40 years hasn't any good education, public or private, in Louisiana meant Houston, Atlanta, Dallas, CA, FL and NY?

What good is all this education if there are no good jobs for any Louisiana students after they graduate and have to leave for Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, CA, FL, or NY?
