The festival features carnival rides, helicopter rides, live music, games and contests for orange peeling, pie eating, oyster shucking, shrimp peeling and more. The Supercharger Band, Boot Hill and BC Boys Band perform Saturday. On Sunday, there's the Big River Band and Ernie Wilkinson & the Hot Sauce Band. Free admission.
