Sample the best of Jack Daniel’s with their Assistant Master Distiller, Chris Fletcher, at Bourbon House. The evening begins with passed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, followed by dinner paired with straight pours of a selection of Jack Daniel’s whiskeys. Ticket price includes tax and gratuity.

Passed Hors d’ouevres:
Boneless St. Louis Ribs with Jack Daniel’s Sweet Baby Chef Devan’s BBQ
Smoked Seafood sausage with Jack Daniel’s Mustard

First Course:
Pulled Pork Crepinette, Memphis & Alabama white BBQ sauces, Whiskey Pickle, Slaw

Second Course:
NOLA BBQ Shrimp Salad, hydro bibb lettuce, buttered croutons

Third Course:
Crispy Skin Duck Breast, duck popper mac & cheese, Jack Daniel’s honey pepper jelly

Fourth Course:
Sweet Potato Pecan Pie, Gentleman Jack milk punch ice cream, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire caramel swirl

Sips and Bites with Flor de Caña
Wednesday, March 28 | 6pm

Join Brand Ambassador Ashela Richardson at the second floor Black Duck Bar in the Palace Café and try select expressions of Flor de Caña rum. Tastings will include the 7th, 12th, 18th, and 25th year expressions.

6:30pm: Guided Tasting
