Commanding a busker's aesthetic and a pied piper's pull, Grand Rapids, Mich., transplant Loren Murrell (pictured) entrances with only a reedy, windswept voice and feathery guitar work. He opens this rare locals-only Parish show for Silent Cinema, whose bullfrog-throated singer Micah McKee sounds more like a folk-minded Louis Armstrong with every song. Enharmonic Souls also opens. Tickets $5 advance purchase, $6 day of show.
