Not surprizing that Gov. Bobby Jindal supported that madness. I guess he also assumes that God runs the state for him when he is not here...which is most of the time.

Bravo! I'm glad someone finally labeled this guy as what he is...a pathological Narcissist. For those who still have hope, you may wish to check out the symptoms of Nacissistic Personality Disorder. Those who have it almost never seek therapy nor do they stay with it if they do. Its main componets are grandiosity and an inabililty to feel empathy with others...or in the case, a city badly in need of love and attention.

If 4 out of 10 people really believe in what sounds like the ADAM and EVE story then we are already seeing the effect of this kind of ignorance. Most religious folks I know have no problem with science. They see God as the supreme scientist behind the system. In other words they don't LIMIT HIM to THEIR meager understanding or stories written by equally uneducated people thousands of years ago.
