Subra Moves to Marriott 

La Cote Brasserie (700 Tchoupitoulas St., 613-2350; www.lacotebrasserie.com) recently announced its longtime chef Chuck Subra left the restaurant to become executive chef at the JW Marriott New Orleans Hotel (614 Canal St., 525-6500). La Cote Brasserie is inside the Renaissance Arts Hotel, and Subra has been executive chef since 2003. There's no word yet on his successor there.
