I am addicted to those heavenly hamburgers, simply as you put it, due to the aroma, taste of the famous sauce, onions, and the burger charcoaled perfectly although I constantly wondered about the cleanliness of the place on City Park Avenue. It was really dirty back in the late 90's up to the hurricane. The bathroom and the dining area were very unkept and I always had a feeling that roaches ran rampid. Just an observation, it was filthy but other Bud Broilers in Jeff Parish off of Vets. are much cleaner.
