David Sedaris' Santaland Diaries is becoming a holiday classic for those attuned to the dark side of Christmas. While still a relatively new New York City aspiring writer, Sedaris took a temporary job working as an elf in Santaland at Macy's and encountered the gritty underbelly of the Santa racket. His darkly hilarious essay was later converted for the stage. Tickets $15.
