Chefs Isaac Toups, Alex Harrell, and Marcus Woodham prepare a five-course dinner to celebrate the 160th anniversary of Tujague's founding. The menu includes scallop ceviches, fried chicken livers with whipped Gorgonzola, heirloom tomato and cucumber salad, orange-glazed pork ribs and apple cobbler. There are cocktail pairings featuring Jefferson Bourbon. A portion of proceeds benefit the Southern Food & Beverage Museum. The dinner costs $110 including tax and tip.
