Wanda Jackson at Tipitina's

Sat. May 19 | The first lady of rockabilly and a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member, Wanda Jackson blended rock and country in the 1950s with songs like "Fujiyama Mama," and she landed a Top 40 hit with 1960's "Let's Have a Party." In 2011, she palled around with the White Stripes' Jack White, and she's still going strong. Hurray for the Riff Raff opens at Tipitina's.
