A former member of Wynton Marsalis' septet and the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra, alto saxophonist Wess "Warm Daddy" Anderson blends traditional jazz, some bebop and swinging sounds in a blues-inflected style that has drawn flattering comparisons to Cannonball Adderley.
