Mendoza, the heart of ArgentinaÕs rapidly escalating wine industry, lies just across ChileÕs western border stretching along the foothills of the Andes Mountains. The name on this value-priced label reflects the wineryÕs street address in the prized Lujan de Cuyo subregion, which is home to high-quality small lot production. Aged eight months in new American and French oak, the wine offers vigorous aromas of black fruit followed by plum, blackberry, currant and spice notes on the palate. A well-structured wine.
