Wine of the Week 

Grapes for this hand-crafted wine from South Africa's southern coast were sourced from the Hemel en Aarde (Heaven and Earth) Valley in the Walker Bay district. The cool maritime influence and long ripening season produce wine of excellent varietal character with concentrated flavors and aromas in an elegant style. Herbal and tropical fruit scents yield to a crisp and racy acidity with pepper notes on the palate. Drink now and over the next 3-4 years. Great as an aperitif or with chicken salad, delicate fish and shellfish, goat cheese and artichokes.
