World Championship Crawfish Etouffee Cook-off

Professional and amateur cooks vie for the World Champion title, and teams compete to see who can cook the best crawfish etouffee. Etouffee samples are for sale by participants, and attendees can vote for a People's Choice Award. There's also Cajun and zydeco music, a poker run, arts and crafts, children's activities. 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Free.
