The Deed
, the reality show featuring real estate developer Sidney Torres IV, has been renewed for a second season, according to CNBC. The first season ran in March and featured Torres offering advice to developers who had run into trouble with their properties. Torres teased the announcement with a Twitter video that contained some pretty spectacular hair action:

Torres also released the first ads from The Voice of the People, the PAC he formed after deciding not to enter the mayoral race. According to its website, The Voice of the People is "a movement designed to inspire policy innovation and political engagement that will lead to the renewal and consistent rise of New Orleans. VoicePac will be the spark that ignites the public conversation, interest and engagement that defines our political command and holds those leaders accountable to address complex policy issues with financially-responsible, effective solutions in a timely manner.”

Torres also notes a poll conducted by Dr. Verne Kennedy the week before qualifying ended, showing him in second place in a matchup of potential mayoral candidates.
